One of the best ways to clear your head is to do some exercise as it takes the strain from the brain to the body. Also talk to someone, talking lets out the rage instead of bottling it up which will leave you with a clear head. If you do not do this it will result in headaches and gut pains, Also what you are doing in putting up a barricade around your problems and emotions. And you become more stressed, your digestive transit messes up which will lead to sickness. After a while you will become numb and everything will seem surreal to you which results in self harm, suicide, drink and drugs.”
